Hair/filaments (seemingly) producing white 'goo' and gelatinous filaments

On October 22, 2021, I put  one of the feather-like filaments and some hairs/filaments (which had been on a dusty lamp) on a petri dish (potato dextrose) and left it on a table with some natural light.  Here it is on day 1 (originally and then a few hours later, with more condensation):

A few weeks later....

On Nov 12, the plate looked like this. What concerned me was  that the  shadowed pattern seemed to be spreading to the plastic bag I'd stored the petri dish in.

Take two...

Another time, I put one of the small, thin white filaments (that come off my skin) on a PDA plate. Within 2 days, filaments appeared. The growth looked like spider webs, which I think  lends credence to my suspicion that much of what is dismissed as spider webs/orbs are (pseudo)hyphae...

Don't even need the potato dextrose plate!

I put the filaments that came out of the washing machine (on  'clean' clothes) into a plastic bag. Within 2 hours, the bag was covered in transparent gelatinous  filaments. By adjusting contrast/exposure  (third image), you can see the same structures that appear everywhere else, many of which seem to project outwards.
